Livin’ la vida local
The Jamaica Wine House (aka the Jampot) is one of the Square Mile’s coolest spots. Tucked away in St Michael’s Alley with its maze of mediaeval backstreets, the Jampot started life in 1652 as London’s first ever coffee house. Head to the basement for Todd’s Wine Bar and its range of old and new world wines. Or stay street level and enjoy a fresh cask ale.

Demon, Wise & Partners is an upmarket cocktail bar underneath the City of London. Its subterranean, speakeasy vibe is strictly seated only. It’s small and gets busy so it’s wise to book ahead. You’ll find it on Throgmorton Street in the basement of The Arbitrager.

St Paul’s Cathedral
Few of London’s buildings are more iconic than St Paul’s Cathedral. Designed in the 17th century by the architect, Christopher Wren, this amazing structure has been in the background of uncountable TV shows and movies. Pay the site a visit to get up close and personal with a genuine celebrity.
The Royal Exchange
Feeling flush? Then look no further than the famous Royal Exchange, a luxury shopping area in the centre of the City. Here, you’ll find all kinds of luxury brands, including Gucci, Paul Smith and Tiffany & Co.
Sky Garden

St Olave’s Church
Dating back to 1065 and the burial place of Samuel Pepys, St Olave’s Church is one of few surviving mediaeval buildings left in the City of London.
Open House London
Keep an eye out for the Open House London festival, run by the charity Open City. Open House London is a chance to visit buildings usually closed to the public and to learn about and explore diverse architecture and communities. City of London landmarks that were opened to the public in the past include the Lloyd’s building and Mansion House.

What's included?

A typical sub800 office will include an unfurnished space that you can fit out and make your own. The rent includes your service charge.

  1. Service charge – this covers maintenance, an allocated site manager, security and cleaning of common parts.
  2. Insurance – this covers the proportion of building insurance you pay.

What isn’t included?
  1. Business Rates – these are paid directly to the local authority. We give guide prices based on information accessible to us, but always encourage you to contact the relevant local authority for an exact figure or to check if your business is exempt.
  2. Utilities – your utilities are based on consumption, so instead of charging you an over inflated flat fee, we allow you the flexibility to shop around for the best market rate.

What's in my space when I move in?

Your unit should be clean, decorated and in good condition – ready for you to brand and fit out as you wish. You will need to take over any gas, electricity or telephone services, which your centre manager will help with.
